\u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 competen\u021bele profesorilor \u0219i ale altor profesioni\u0219ti din mediul \u0219colar pentru a sprijini mai eficient reintegrarea social\u0103 \u0219i \u0219colar\u0103 a tinerilor hikikomori \u0219i a adolescen\u021bilor afla\u021bi \u00een risc de retragere social\u0103 (beneficiari finali), prevenind astfel p\u0103r\u0103sirea timpurie a \u0219colii. Acest obiectiv va fi atins prin formare specializat\u0103, instrumente specifice \u0219i gamificate, precum \u0219i prin implicarea colegilor de aceea\u0219i v\u00e2rst\u0103 \u00een sprijinirea
